How it works
Set up in a few minutes, pop a QR code on the tables, and let your guests do the rest. The photos they share land in one private gallery for everyone at the wedding.
The short version
- Before the day Pop a QR code on every table
- On the day Guests scan, snap and share
- After the day Wake up to the best bits
Before the day
A few minutes, then you're done
- Set up your names, the date and who can share what. You can change most of it later.
- Print our free table cards, each with your QR code, for every table, the bar and the welcome sign.
- Live, or a big reveal: everyone sees the photos as they land, or only their own until 8 am the next morning.
- Bring your photographer: their professional photos join the gallery too.

On the day
Scan, snap, share
- No app, no login. The QR code opens your gallery in their phone's browser.
- Photos first, so they appear in seconds. Videos follow.
- Photos checked before they're shown, and any guest can report one.
- Your rules for socials: guests can post straight away, from midday the day after, or not at all.

After the day
The best bits, waiting
- The most loved photos at 8 am on the second morning, and a reel for everyone who shared a photo.
- Curate, touch up and make a memories film of your favourites.
- Download everything at full size, or save any photo to your phone.
- Everyone's own photos, the videos and the most loved are a tap away in the gallery.

Questions
- How long does the gallery last?
- Guests can add photos until 30 days after the wedding. The gallery stays open for a year, and we remind you before it closes.
- Can guests share before the day?
- If you like. Open it early for the hen, the stag or the night before.
- What if someone shares a photo they shouldn't?
- Every photo, and each video's cover picture, is checked for explicit images before it appears, and any guest can report one. You decide whether it comes back.
- Can we see the photos before the guests?
- Yes, with a big reveal. Guests see only their own photos until 8 am the next morning, while you see everything in Curate as it arrives.
